Woman Cautioned Following Protected Species Licence Forgery

A London woman has been given a formal conditional caution, after she admitted fraudulently producing protected species licences, under which she illegally carried out paid consultancy work.

The name of an individual who lives in London has been mentioned to me by several sources. However, I can't find reference to a name within the NE press release. Personally, I think offering a Conditional Caution is a mistake on the part of the police, since the name of the individual concerned is then not released to the press. Surely this individual should be identified? How can potential clients determine the suitability of an ecological consultant if the consultant's admitted criminal activities remain hidden.
